OUR SERVICES
Project Feasibility
We add value to each project from the outset by undertaking a comprehensive Project Feasibility study. We gain a deep understanding of the nuts and bolts, identifying any areas of concern and ensuring that the project will be designed efficiently.
Our key point of difference in this space is understanding buildability. Once a client presents us with a concept, we undertake a site visit to assess the context and conduct a thorough analysis of any risky infrastructure and environmental considerations. This enables us to produce cost plan options, determine NSA and NLA, provide a realistic project timeline and importantly, anticipate any potential delays.
Our experience in building across many different construction typologies means we can add value to a project from the early stages.
ECI (Early Contractor Involvement)
Our specialty is partnering with developers in an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement.
Our expertise in key areas such as feasibility, buildability, risk assessment and compliance helps mitigate risk, and assists with informed decision making. This creates a strong foundation for a successful and efficient development by alleviating many issues typically seen when a builder is appointed later.

Design Management
Our in-house design team drives the program for each project, ensuring that quality is uncompromised and deadlines are achieved. Architectural and engineering perspectives within the team guide design directives, ensuring that we are always striving for excellence.
The design team ensures that we are always working to best practice, keeping abreast of any changes to building codes and adhering to our own internal design principles. Staying on top of changes and updates to materials and product availabilities limits delays where possible, ensuring that work they is delivered on program and always to the highest standard.
The Design Management phase is ongoing throughout the life of a project, and the design team drive and guide the consultant team to achieve the budget.

Design and Construct
Design and Construct is the traditional model of delivery for most clients. Henny will be appointed to work alongside the development team, managing all the consultants and subcontractors on site and focussing on design integrity at all times. Our expert Estimation team are heavily involved in this phase, working to offer the most effective value management options where required without compromising on a high quality project outcome for the client.

Construction Management
Construction Management is an alternate delivery method where Henny are able to step in to manage administration and construction for a job. Overseeing materials, engaging consultants, detailing, value management and construction management plans are all managed by our dedicated teams, with a focus on collaborating with the relevant authorities and organisations to ensure a positive project outcome.
If a project is underway and requires a new team, Henny can step in to oversee the delivery at any stage.

After Care
We have a dedicated After Care team who ensure that all parties experience a smooth transition from handover of a completed project to occupation. We are passionate about delivering a premium level of service, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded. This level of service continues once a building has been handed over – we are here to support and make the experience of transitioning into the new building a positive one.
We have our own quality control program where any maintenance or defect requests are detailed in writing to ensure all the information is captured and actioned. Varying levels of urgency are catered for, with the team mobilised and ready to ensure any issues are rectified promptly during this phase.
