The Lincoln Square North development has been designed by Peddle Thorp, an internationally recognised and renowned architectural and interior designer that recognises the importance in providing an integrated residential and commercial apartment building that is luxury, comfortable, healthy to occupy while also having a reduced energy and water footprint.

The development will comprise of a fifteen-level residential building of 62 apartments, single level basement and a ground level commercial/ common area.
